Vacancies

2022 through 2023, has seen a major remodelling and refurbishment project of Thorner's Court in Henstead Road, SO15 2GW. 

Located close to the City Centre, Southampton Central Railway Station, Public Library and the Mayflower Theatre.  It is also close to local shops that include a Sainsbury's Local and a Tesco's Metro.  

The communal facilities include, a Communal Lounge , Laundry, Buggy Store, Gardens and Car Parking.

Phase one flats were completed and handed over to the Charity in August 2022.  There are currently 5 vacant one bedroomed flats available. With a further flat becoming available in December.

Phase two was completed in February 2023 but due to escape routes being through phase three, we only have one vacancy at present.  At the end of November we expect to have a further four available flats, with one more in December.

Phase three is exepected to be handed over during November, when a further thirteen flats become available.

Phase three will also include our new, second lift, a new guest room and new laundry facilities.
