HOUSING OMBUDSMAN NEW STATUTORY COMPLAINT HANDLING CODE - THORNER'S HOMES REVISED POLICY & PROCEDURES

Thorners has an updated complaint policy and procedure following the Housing Ombudsman's new statutory complaint handling code.  A copy of it is found at Residents Complaints Policy & Procedures (thorners.org.uk) and there is a copy in each communal lounge in the 'what to do' folder.  In addition to this, each resident, will have an updated version in  their revised Residents Handbooks, which are due to be published and  haded out in April 2024.
