2022 through 2023, has seen a major remodelling and refurbishment project of Thorner's Court in Henstead Road, SO15 2GW. 

Located close to the City Centre, Southampton Central Railway Station, Public Library and the Mayflower Theatre.  It is also close to local shops that include a Sainsbury's Local and a Tesco's Metro.  

The communal facilities include, a Communal Lounge , Laundry, Buggy Store, Gardens and Car Parking.

The refurbishment was completed in three phases, with phase one completing in August 2022.  Phase two in February 2023 and phase three in December 2023.  There are currently 24 vacant one bedroomed flats available.

Phase three includes our new, second lift, a new guest room and new laundry facilities.
